Dietary Fibers can Disrupt the Fat Cycle

Even if you have a very careful diet and lifestyle, you may still be unable to lose weight and manage your blood lipid profiles. This leaves you at an increased risk of early death or early signs of disability, along with many other risks that grow each year. A new dietary fiber is found to have the ability to diminish excess dietary fat, and more specifically, it targets pro-inflammatory saturated fat from the intestine at a rate of approximately 2 ounces or more per day. This saves you around 500 calories. By eating foods rich in fiber, such as, bananas, oats, nuts, and dried fruits, you can decrease bloating, gas, loose stools, weight gain, and prevent cardiovascular or metabolic death from happening.
